Section 1: Ordering & Production

How is my apparel made?

 

Country Roads Cartel LLC operates on a custom production model. Your gear is manufactured after your order is placed, ensuring a meticulous focus on quality control and precision printing for every item. This process aligns with our commitment to quality, guaranteeing that every piece is finished to our high standards.

 

How long will it take to get my order? We have two phases:

  • Production Time: Since every item is custom-printed, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

  • Shipping Time (U.S.): Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via standard carrier services.

Please note: Production and shipping are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).

Where do you print your apparel? In line with the Cartel’s value of self-reliance, every item is Proudly Forged in the USA. Our production partners are located domestically, ensuring superior quality control and timely delivery, all while supporting the American backbone.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Due to the nature of our custom manufacturing process, production begins very quickly. You must contact orders@countryroadscartel.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request any modifications or cancellations before the item enters the printing phase. After this window, the process is locked in.

Section 2: Product & Quality (The Brand Standard)

What kind of shirts do you use? We use premium apparel engineered for the backroads lifestyle. We rely on the foundation of the Bella+Canvas 3001 and similar high-quality garments. This ensures an elevated, modern fit that is soft, comfortable, and durable enough to transition seamlessly from the workshop to the weekender.

What printing method do you use? The symbols of the Cartel must endure. We utilize high-definition DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing techniques. This process permanently fuses the design into the fabric, providing vibrant color integrity and sharp detail that is built to resist fading, unlike cheaper transfer methods.

Do your shirts have tags? No. Every piece features a custom, tagless finish carrying the Country Roads Cartel LLC insignia—The Seal of the Cartel. This small detail signifies our commitment to your comfort and the highest standard of refinement.

 

How should I wash my apparel? To maximize the life of your apparel and preserve the integrity of the design, follow these care instructions:

  1. Wash garment inside-out in cold water.

  2. Tumble dry low or, preferably, hang dry.

  3. Do not iron the design area.

Section 3: Returns & Support (Customer Service)

What is your return/exchange policy? Because Country Roads Cartel LLC produces every item specifically for your order, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective products or fulfillment errors. We do not offer returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details.

 

What if my item is lost or damaged? Once the item is shipped and leaves our facility, the carrier (USPS/UPS) assumes responsibility. If you believe your item is lost in transit or was damaged upon arrival, please contact returns@countryroadscartel.com immediately. We will assist you in reviewing the claim in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
