Refund policy

Policy Scope

This policy applies to all products sold and shipped by Country Roads Cartel LLC within the United States only. We do not currently ship to or accept returns from international locations.

 

Return Eligibility (Defective Items Only)

We have a 30-day inspection period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We only offer replacements or refunds if the item is determined to be:

  • Defective: This includes poor print quality, major garment damage (e.g., rips, stains, major stitching errors), or faulty manufacturing.

  • Damaged in Transit: The item arrives damaged due to the shipping process.

  • Incorrect Item: You received the wrong size, color, or design than what you ordered.

To be eligible for a resolution under these criteria, your item must be unworn and unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

As a Print On Demand (POD) company, we produce items specifically for your order. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to buyer preference or error, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size (We strongly advise consulting our detailed size charts provided on every product page before purchase).

  • Ordering the wrong color.

  • Customer simply changing their mind (buyer's remorse).

  • The garment not fitting as desired.

We also cannot accept claims on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues (The Claim Process)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at returns@countryroadscartel.com.

For all defect claims, we require clear photographic evidence showing the defect or damage to process the claim. Do not return the item. Physical returns are not required for manufacturer defects or fulfillment errors.

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect or a fulfillment error, we will evaluate the issue and proceed with a resolution:

  1. Offer a free replacement of the correct item, or;

  2. Provide a full refund.

How to Start a Resolution

To start a resolution process, you must first contact us at returns@countryroadscartel.com with your order number and clear photographic proof of the defect or error. Once the issue is accepted and approved based on the photographic evidence, we will immediately process the free replacement or refund. Items should not be sent back to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to contact us regarding the defective or incorrect item. Once your claim is accepted and approved (based on photo proof), we will ship a replacement item to you free of charge.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed the photographic evidence for your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved (due to defect or error), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please remember that while we process your refund quickly, it can take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at refunds@countryroadscartel.com.
