Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Country Roads Cartel LLC website. 33
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (including military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time (Production Time)
As a Print On Demand (POD) company, every item is custom-made only after you place an order. This requires a production time separate from the shipping time.

Standard Production Time: Orders are typically manufactured and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Production Delays: During peak holiday seasons or immediately following large promotions, production times may be extended. While we strive to meet all production and shipping deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.).
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Total Delivery Time: To estimate when your order will arrive, please add the Standard Production Time (3–7 business days) to the Estimated Transit Time (3–7 business days).

Delivery Estimates: All transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
4. Risk of Loss and Title
Once products are transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), title and risk of loss pass to you, the customer, in accordance with the terms laid out in our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at orders@countryroadscartel.com. If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address. If the item has already been shipped or produced, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address.
